GANADO VACUNO: Machos Cruzados y Frisones: repiten cotización. Hembras: repiten cotización.
Nos adentramos en la segunda quincena del mes de octubre con un mercado igual en precios pero peor en la situación del ganado vacuno dentro del mercado, ya que ha sido imposible una subida en los precios, prácticamente parece que se desinflan las esperanzas de subida y se quedan sin fuerza.
Esta subida lleva intentándose por parte de la producción desde principios de mes pero no se ha conseguido. La comercialización se muestra “fría” con respecto a las subidas de precios, con dificultades en las ventas y esperando que llegue el tiempo frío para que anime el mercado interno. Quizás esta sea la única posibilidad de intentar una subida en los precios antes de finalizar el año.
Esta semana se mostraba un cierto pesimismo dentro de la mesa de vacuno, porque las perspectivas de subidas van desapareciendo del mercado conforme nos adentramos en el mes.
Continúan unos sacrificios ágiles por parte de los mataderos y los pesos bajan ligeramente. La exportación también está activa principalmente para Libia, Líbano y Argelia. A este último destino llegan también canales de carne, pero con el problema de que no les interesan los lomos y cuesta colocarlos.
El problema más importante es que nos encontramos con una bolsa de ganado que no termina de desaparecer, con un peso alto y cuyo destino era la exportación. Y por lo tanto depende de los barcos, que están cargando a buen ritmo pero no es suficiente para limpiar las explotaciones, por lo tanto los estados de ánimo cambian semana tras semana.
Las ventas no son mejores que en semanas anteriores, no hay presión para sacrificar animales pero sí los suficientes para que los precios se mantengan. Al final, la realidad nos lleva a un mercado con mucho ganado y poca venta, solo nos permite seguir repitiendo precios.
La semana pasada nos encontramos con una cierta euforia en los machos frisones, pero esta semana ha desaparecido del mercado. Tendremos que ver qué sucede la semana próxima, con este vaivén de opiniones.
Las hembras es el tipo de ganado que mejor está en el mercado, con menos animales en granja y con agilidad en las ventas principalmente de clasificaciones “E-U”. También la exportación hacia Italia está activa.
Los datos de sacrificio de la semana, comparativa semana 40 y 41, dan un aumento en los sacrificios de las hembras de +1,57%, con un peso medio que baja muy ligeramente, -0,57 kg, situando el peso medio de la semana en 250,21 kg canal.
Por el contrario, los datos de sacrificio de los machos disminuyen muy ligeramente, -0,27%, con un peso medio que también baja, -5,68 kg, situando el peso medio de la semana en 297,30 kg canal.
PORCINO DE CEBO: Bajan -0,01 euros.
Después de muchas semanas de repeticiones nos encontramos con un retroceso en las cotizaciones del porcino. Los pesos han subido y la oferta va en aumento a pesar de los niveles de matanza y que no sobra ningún cerdo. Repetición de los precios en las plazas alemanas de referencia, por la buena demanda y por la exportación.
Mientras que en el norte de Europa prevaleció la estabilidad de precios, con la excepción de Dinamarca, que está muy orientada a la exportación. En el mercado bretón se experimentó una bajada si bien la demanda de exportación sigue siendo boyante, el mercado interno tiende a disminuir, mientras que las ofertas y los pesos son altos.
Los últimos datos publicados por el Ministerio de Agricultura de China indican que en septiembre el censo porcino ha disminuido en un 3% respecto al mes de agosto, y un 41,1% en elación con hace un año.
LECHONES: Repiten cotización.
Estabilidad para las cotizaciones de los lechones en el mercado español y en las distintas plazas europeas de referencia. Nos encontramos con valores muy altos, la cotización está en 38€ frente a los 22€ de la misma semana hace un año y aún le quedaban algunas semanas para remontar en los precios. Innegable la existencia de un aumento de la demanda del cebado consecuencia de la fuerte y constante demanda china, consecuencia colateral de la situación de crisis provocada por la PPA en Asía pero más particularmente en China.
OVINO: Suben. Hasta 25 Kg: 0,08 euros, hasta 28 kg: 0,04 euros y a partir de 28 kg: repiten cotización.
Mercado del ovino complicado después de pasar los festivos del 12 de octubre, con consumos altos principalmente en la zona de la capital aragonesa pero quizás con unas ventas no tan ágiles como se esperaba en estos días.
Y profundas discrepancias en la mesa de precios de la lonja con respecto a los precios y por lo visto, con operaciones puntuales con un precio más alto pero no siendo la norma del mercado. La comercialización, por otro lado, vende corderos a base de ofertas y cada vez más barato o por lo menos ajustando precios.
La verdad es que nos encontramos con pocos corderos en campo, pero son los necesarios porque las ventas ya se han ralentizado y no se espera mejoría en la segunda quincena de octubre. En definitiva, poca oferta pero poco consumo de cordero en estos momentos.
Por otro lado, las ventas hacia el mercado Francés continúan activas pero siempre ajustando precios en todas las operaciones y compitiendo con un cordero inglés de peor calidad y con un precio muy competitivo.
El problema del mercado del ovino es que se ha instalado en una horquilla de precios muy baja, con una competencia muy alta entre los compradores y no ha sido capaz de subir, pero le faltarían 10€ al cordero en vivo para poder hablar de una rentabilidad positiva para la producción. Así que esta semana nos encontramos con una nueva subida de precios, esta vez en escalera.
Destacar también la oferta de lechales para la zona de Castilla, donde es típico y están comprando ya pensando en las fiestas navideñas ya que entonces será difícil encontrar.
